Lottie Holland was named Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement, FCA – North America in May 2020. In her new role, Holland will be responsible for driving the diversity and inclusion objectives with a focus on improving the Company's diversity and inclusion candidate pipeline, as well as building an inclusive work culture where all employees and their unique perspectives are respected, valued and heard.  
Previously, she served as the Director of Mopar Purchasing and Supplier Operations starting in 2019 where she led a team responsible for the sourcing of service components and accessories for assembly of a variety of vehicles sold under the FCA brands.    

In addition to her core responsibilities, she served as the co-chair of the Fiat Chrysler African Ancestry Network and Executive Sponsor for the Howard University Relations team.
