FCA Statement Regarding The U.S Supreme Court's Decision on LGBTQ+ Employee Rights

We support the decision of the U.S. Supreme Court that the Civil Rights Act of 1964’s prohibition on sex discrimination in employment also effectively bans bias based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
